When do custom orders open?
Custom orders open on the 1st of each month at 9 AM (ET) on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I place a custom order?
To secure your spot, purchase a $75 deposit when custom orders open. After purchase, you will receive an email to discuss details and finalize your design.
How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Custom orders are completed within the same month they are placed.
Will I see a proof before my order is made?
Yes, you will receive six proofs after purchasing your deposit. Changes can be requested before final approval.
What types of custom work do you offer?
I specialize in watercolor paintings, custom illustrations, engraved pieces, and 3D wood decor. If you have a unique request, feel free to reach out!
How long does it take to process non-custom orders?
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location.
How is my order packaged?
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Watercolor prints are shipped in rigid mailers, and wood pieces are securely wrapped for protection.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of my work, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me.
Can I cancel my custom order?
Custom order deposits are non-refundable. Once work has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will work with you on a solution.
